Products This Line Handles
The roasting line is multi-purpose across seeds and nuts. Products we have configured lines for: peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, pecans, chickpeas, tigernuts and mixed dry fruit blends. The temperature profile differs by product – peanuts and sesame need different roasting curves. That is handled through the burner controller parameters without stopping the line.

Continuous vs Batch Type
We supply both. The continuous line runs product through the roasting chamber on a moving conveyor – suitable for single-product high-volume runs where you want consistent throughput without stops. The batch type processes a fixed load per cycle – better for operations switching between multiple nut or seed types frequently, where cleaning between batches is part of the process. Both use the same proportional burner control system. Which one suits your production depends on how many SKUs you run per shift and how often you switch. AUTOMATIC DRYFRUIT ROASTING LINE
The automatic dryfruit roasting line is built for
continuous processing of nuts and seeds – peanuts, almonds, cashews,
sunflower seeds, sesame, pumpkin seeds, pecans, chickpeas, tigernuts
and mixed dry fruit formats. The same line handles low-temperature
drying and high-temperature baking through the same chamber. You
change the temperature profile through the burner controller – not
by stopping the line and changing parts.
Construction is stainless steel throughout food-contact surfaces.
Heat supply is LNG or steam depending on what your facility already
runs we don’t force a fuel choice that requires you to rebuild
your utilities. Capacity runs from 300 kg/hr to 2000 kg/hr. The
300 kg line fits a compact processing floor; the 2000 kg
configuration is a full industrial setup running multiple
shifts.

BATCH TYPE AUTOMATIC DRYFRUIT ROASTING LINE
The batch type dryfruit roasting line processes
a fixed load per cycle rather than running product through
continuously. It suits operations that switch between different
nut or seed types frequently – where cleaning between product
changes is part of the process and consistent batch-to-batch
control matters more than raw throughput. The oven temperature
is set and regulated through a proportional burner controller
and an electric steam valve at the top of the oven. Low-temperature
drying and high-temperature roasting both happen in the same unit,
controlled through the same parameters.
The structure is modular: feeding section, baking chamber,
cooling section, discharge and vibration screen are separate
functional parts assembled into one line. That matters for
maintenance when something needs attention, you isolate the
section, not the whole machine. A lot of batch roasting lines
don’t give you that. Ours do.
