NAMKEEN FRYING LINE
Namkeen Frying Line Manufacturer in Noida
SS Engineering Works has been manufacturing namkeen frying lines in Noida since 2011. We supply fully automatic namkeen frying systems from 100 kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr to snack manufacturers across India. Our clients include Haldiram, Bikaji, Bikano and Patanjali. If you are setting up a namkeen production line or expanding an existing one, we size the machine to your actual output requirement and floor space, not a standard catalogue configuration.
What Our Namkeen Frying Line Includes
A complete namkeen frying line covers several stages. Here is what we supply as a standard system:
- Continuous immersion fryer with dipping conveyor belt (SS304)
- Submerger conveyor with adjustable fry time – 120 to 160 seconds
- Mechanised hood lifting for easy cleaning between shifts
- Conveyor oil filter to remove starch and batter particles from frying oil
- De-oiling belt conveyor with VFD speed control
- Flavour drum for uniform seasoning and masala coating
- Incline elevator with SS304 stainless steel construction
- PLC control panel with operator display
All food-contact parts are SS304 stainless steel. The conveyor oil filter removes particles from frying oil continuously – cleaner oil means consistent product colour over a full shift and lower oil consumption per kilogram of finished namkeen.
Capacity Options
- 100 kg/hr – for small and medium namkeen manufacturers starting out
- 250 kg/hr – suits regional snack brands scaling up production
- 500 kg/hr – for manufacturers running full production shifts
- 1000 kg/hr – large-scale industrial namkeen output
Most buyers start at 100 or 250 and come back when they need more. If your requirement sits between these figures, call us with your daily target and we will work from there.
Namkeen Products This Line Handles
The frying line is suitable for a wide range of besan-based and mixed namkeen products – sev, gathiya, boondi, aloo bhujia, moong dal, peanuts and mixed namkeen. The dipping conveyor fry time is adjustable between 120 and 160 seconds depending on the product. Different namkeen formats need different fry durations; the VFD-controlled conveyor handles that without stopping the line or changing mechanical parts.
NAMKEEN FRYING LINE- 100 to 1000KG PER HOUR
The automatic namkeen frying line runs a dipping
conveyor belt through frying oil continuously – namkeen spends 120 to
160 seconds in the oil depending on the product and comes out fried
evenly across the batch. No manual supervision of fry time, no
variation between the first kilogram and the last. The system handles
a wide range of besan-based products: sev, gathiya, boondi, aloo
bhujia, moong dal, peanuts and mixed namkeen formats.
Capacity runs from 100 kg/hr to 1000 kg/hr. The 100 kg line works
for a single-shift small manufacturer. The 1000 kg configuration is
a serious industrial setup – three shifts, dedicated floor space,
planned oil management. Most namkeen manufacturers come in at 250
or 500.
- Dipping conveyor belt with adjustable fry time – 120 to
160 seconds depending on product type - High productivity with low manpower – one operator can run
the full line - Low fuel consumption relative to batch frying of the same
output volume - Low edible oil take-up – submerger conveyor controls
immersion depth and time, so product doesn’t absorb excess oil - Consistent product finish and colour across the full shift,
not just the first hour - Better hygiene than open batch fryers – enclosed system,
mechanised hood lifting, continuous oil filtration
