What Our Sweet Making Machine Includes

A complete petha boiling and processing plant covers several stages. Here is what we supply as a standard system:

All food-contact surfaces are cleaned entirely and thoroughly under good water pressure. Fuel consumption is low relative to output — the boiler is sized to the vessel capacity, so you are not running a 2000 ltr boiler to heat a 300 ltr batch.

Fuel and Operation Options

We build the boiler unit around whatever fuel source your facility already runs on. Wood boiler, diesel boiler, gas boiler and electric boiler are all available not as special order configurations, as standard options. Most buyers in smaller towns and semi-urban locations go with wood or diesel where gas supply is unreliable. Larger urban manufacturers typically prefer gas or electric for consistency and cleaner operation. We do not recommend one over the other without knowing your location and running costs call us and we will help you calculate the actual fuel cost per batch before you decide.

Mini, Semi-Automatic and Fully Automatic

The mini setup is a single boiling vessel with manual loading and discharge low capital cost, straightforward to operate, suitable for shops producing one or two batches per day. The semi-automatic setup adds mechanised stirring and timer-controlled discharge. The fully automatic plant runs the full cycle from loading to discharge on PLC control with minimal manual handling between stages. All three configurations are available from 100 ltr to 2000 ltr.
